Time for a rest and Aylesbury Canal festival

Hi Everyone,

It was lovely being at Oxford market last week and launching the new Banana Blossom fish n Chips option. It is quite scary for me to use so much oil to cook it in, but the result was worth it. Unfortunately, I won't be at Oxford Market this Friday (tomorrow) as I have some kind of flu. I think a lot of people are suffering from this now the weather is changing. I have definitely been burning the candle at both ends, so I am having the week off.

Luckily, I discovered this evening while on a walk that there is a festival by the canal in Aylesbury this weekend, so I won't miss out on that. I'm very interested to visit the hippy boat:)
